Founded by Lee Blue, Digital Underware is an internet software development firm based in Richmond, Virginia. Our goal is to provide state of the art web application development skills to companies who are looking to expand their services and products offerings to include database driven web applications such as online community software, content management tools, online response channels and analytical tools for direct marketing campaigns, and ecommerce applications.
Digital Underware has developed web applications for marketing firms, advertising agencies, financial institutions, the United States government, educational institutions, medical practices, and non-profit organizations. Most of our clients are companies who outsource their web development needs to us. To help our clients more easily resell our services, we usually work off fixed project fees rather than hourly rates. Our developers are also available on a per hour basis for site maintenance and support.
